About Leilah Perchaluk
I am an experienced entrepreneur, passionate community member, and a community builder. Throughout my journey, I have been known for my ability to connect established entrepreneurs and executives, my unique talents in event planning and marketing, and my dedication to community service.
It all started when I founded my own insurance agency, Well Life Insurance. As the founder, I became a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele, including physicians, business owners, and young professionals. With my keen eye for marketing, events, and strategic planning, I worked hard to build my brand and reputation within the insurance industry. Over a span of four years, I successfully expanded my business nationally.

During this time, I also embarked on a new venture and founded a company called Knew House. As my entrepreneurial journey progressed, I made the strategic decision to sell Well Life Insurance to a large independent firm in Canada. This sale provided me with invaluable insights into building, scaling, and eventually exiting a company.

At Knew House, my unique ability to bring women together has created a vibrant community where like-minded women can come together, share their experiences, struggles, and successes in a confidential environment.
Knew House empowers countless women, helping them unlock their full potential, achieve their goals, and form deep and meaningful relationships with fellow members.

While my professional achievements have been fulfilling, my impact extends far beyond them. I have always had a passion for making positive change in the lives of others, which led me to actively participate in philanthropic efforts at a board level. I have been involved with organizations such as DASCH and the Balmoral Hall Foundation, where I have dedicated my time and expertise to contribute to their missions and make a meaningful difference in our community.
